Astronomy Shows for Schools - Awe & Wonder - Maintaining Social Distance
We bring ALL the excitement
All the AWE & Wonder
of a Planetarium show
But with Social Distancing
Auriga Astronomy realise you cannot use a mobile planetarium and maintain social distancing. But we also realise you want the AWE & WONDER that a planetarium visit brings.
SO we have created the UK's FIRST 'proper' Astronomy Stage Show designed to have the same Impact, generate the same enthusiasm that YOU WANT, but whilst maintaining Covid-19 safety guidelines.
Our Shows are NOT Illustrated Lectures, they are a light and sound experience, still presenter led, with the same high quality videos you expect from us.
All our Show content
Rear Screen Projected!!
We know YOU WANT the same quality presentations from us - WE CAN still deliver them!
We know YOU WANT to add Awe & Wonder to your science lessons - WE CAN still do this!
Because we create our own movies in full HD 16:9 [widescreen] format, we can show our entire catalogue of video's on a stage.
We are the ONLY Mobile Planetarium to convert to a stage format!
We are the ONLY UK
ASTRONOMY STAGE SHOW!
In these difficult times
Many of the exciting activities we like to do, are on hold
This is why we have created something Special
YOU can give to your Students
Our Stage Shows can be delivered to a few or a few hundred people
WE SPECIALISE IN
High QUALITY Entertaining and Educational productions
Astronomy Stage Shows for Schools
What we can offer

We offer a professionally created Full Audio Visual
Presenter led (in costume) Experience for your students!
Full Wireless PA system, and musical soundtrack
We Use Lasers, UV Bubble Machines, Dry Ice..BUT NOT Smoke or Strobes!
Rear screen projection to make the show truly memorable!
WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING about our standards of work
Our client are telling us they want our services, but social distancing and low student numbers are an issue.
So we created the stage shows, to allow for social distancing, and allow more flexibility with our timetables to solve the student number issues.
We can give shows to individual groups OR the whole school at once, and as with our planetarium, give different shows to different groups

ONE PEOPLE, ONE SKY
We all share the same sky, and Astronomers Without Borders brings the world together to share our passion of astronomy and the wonders of the Universe.
Observing projects bring people together to share their activities with each other.
Support projects allow those in developed countries to share with others, making it possible for everyone to enjoy the wonders of the night sky.
Online programs bring everyone together live for remote observing.
And in the process of looking outward together, we learn about each other and create lasting bonds, regardless of country or culture.
It is this bond between people that Astronomers Without Borders hopes to foster. A brief message or the gift of a small telescope can grow into lasting bonds, goodwill and friendships that reach around the world. Understanding replaces ignorance and suspicion. Media images are superceded by the faces of real people. Relationships, support and personal connections supplant stereotypes.
Astronomers Without Borders (AWB) is dedicated to fostering understanding and goodwill across national and cultural boundaries by creating relationships through the universal appeal of astronomy.
Astronomers Without Borders projects promote sharing. Sharing resources. Sharing knowledge. Sharing inspiration. All through a common interest in something basic and universal. Sharing the sky.
Dave is also a fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society
